Where can I pick the apartment keys up?

So as no to have to make you wait, the best for you is to confirm the arrival time, especially entry day. The meeting point will be our restaurant "Venta Guadalest", we will send you the situation. You can also fill out the form that we will send you at the time of booking to improve, if possible, your stay.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner service?

Although Destino Guadalest Apartments is a creation of Cases Noves, it is not possible to have breakfast or dinner or to share other services since the concept of accommodation is totally different. During check-in we will inform you of the opening hours of our "Venta Guadalest" restaurant where, depending of the season and opening hours, we will be able to offer you some of these services. Breakfast: We always recommend that you anticipate making a purchase at least for breakfast, your apartment is fully equipped and also has a coffee machine. Keep in mind that in Guadalest the bars do not open until 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m. or even 11:00 a.m., when the first tourists arrive. On the way from Benidorm to La Nucia, you will find the main supermarkets (Mercadona, Mas y Mas, Lidl, Aldi, etc...), we recommend that you bring your purchases and do not trust yourself to do your shoppings for meals in Guadalest, we do not have a supermarket, only a couple in the next town, Benimantell, but with very reduced hours.

How am I going to confirm my reservation?

At the time of booking you will receive a confirmation by email. As the check-in day approaches, you will receive information from us by email and WhatsApp about the most recommended itinerary, meeting point, parking, keys, etc...

What time should I check in and check out the apartment?

The apartment will be available from 17:00 hrs and must be left before 12:00 hrs. However, the check-in time must always be confirmed, as the apartment may be available before the event.

What happens if I arrive later?

No problem, but it is important that we are in contact by phone to coordinate the keys delivery and avoid unnecessary waiting for your and our part.

What happens if I cancel my reservation?

Your must to check your reservation, depend of your rate the cancellation fee could be different, however the following link has more detailed information on booking conditions and cancellations.

How can I pay my reservation?

At the time of check-in in the apartment either in cash or by card (Master Card, Visa, Maestro).

Is there an extra charge?

No, the price indicated on our page includes 10% VAT. If you have extra service such as a breakfast, dinner, cot, pet, etc... you will have to add it to the price of the stay.

Do I need to make a deposit?

On the arrival day we ask for a 200€ deposit, which will be returned the day of your departure after checking the apartment.

Is Credit card payment secure?

Our reservation system has PCI verification. 

If I need something, who am I addressing to?

At check-in time we will give you our contact phones available 24 hours a day.

What happens if something is broken or lost?

Please let us know as soon as possible in order to repair, replace or value its cost

Do kids pay anything?

Children under 3 years old can stay for free. We have high chairs but you will have to bring your cot or you can request it at an extra cost.

How many people can sleep in the apartments?

The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 1 child (max 10 years old) in Font del Moli Apartment & 3 people in El Portal Apartment, the babies in their own cot do not count. Extra beds are not allowed.

Do I need to bring anything?

We tried to think about everything, but we can always miss something, if you have any questions, please let us know before loading with something that we can then have. Look at the apartment features to see their amenities.

Is there cleaning service?

A change of sheets and towels will be made every 3 days. If you need any extra cleaning, tell us and we will inform you of the extra cost.

Do I need a plug adaptor?

The voltage is 220v with the European standard Plug, notwithstanding, we have adapters onsite. 

Is there a coffee maker?

Of course, you have a Nespresso capsule coffee machine in Font del Moli & Dolce Gusto in El Portal, we always leave some capsules courtesy, but plan to bring you more to have during your entire stay.

Of course!!! But you must to take notice about our pets policy

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments except in the terrace area enabled for this.

Can stag/hen parties be arranged?

Under no circumstances, NO parties or stag/hen-parties will be allowed , in case of deception when making the reservation , it may be grounds for expulsion and loss of the deposit.
