We stayed in August 2008, arriving on my husbands birthday and ate the magnificent tapas specialities cooked by Sofia. We had a lovely stay with Sofia and Toni, the accommodation, hospitality, food and views were second to none. We can´t wait to return someday to enjoy it all again. Well done Sofia and Toni for creating such a wonderful place to stay.

During June 2008 my wife and I had the most tremendous stay at Cases Noves. The rooms were fantastic, the food superb and our hosts(Toni and Sophie) absolutely delightful. We were treated like old friends, although we had only arrived that day.
As a visitor attraction Guadalest is well known, but when you add the welcome, service and attention to detail at Cases Noves it takes it to another level.
We have been so impressed, and my Wife and I stay in Hotels all over Europe with our work we are going to return as soon as we possibly can.

A beautiful setting for this charming small hotel. The building has been very tastefully renovated and breakfast on the lovely patio is memorable. The hosts Toni and Sopia could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

For our little Spain holiday we decided to stay in Cases Noves for 8 nights. It was the best thing we could do. Cases Noves was a great base location for day trips with a car (80Eur/wk), cycling or hiking. Like an eagles nest the village is located between 1500m high mountains with dramatic stone formations and there are always the views to the sea. During the day the village is buzzing with day-visitors but when we returned in the evening to relax, it was very nice and quite. Some nice unspoiled villages in the valley are scattered across the landscape of fields of olive, figs, orange and almong trees. "La Burrita" is a nice local tapas bar near the hotel, which is always good for a drink before you go to bed. Don´t miss out a walk in the Aitana mountains. Toni knows all the walks. He is a great advisor for your activities. Sofia does delicious tapas (12 course meal on Saturday) and the breakfast is great. This is Highly recommended also for longer stays. You won´t be bored.

We originally booked for a 2 night stay at Cases Noves but enjoyed being there so much that we returned the following week for a further 4 nights. We were told that it was our home for the duration of our stay but it was more than that because Sophia and Toni looked after us so well and gave us an insight into their area with superb local food and information.It was an excellent base for walking,biking and climbing.

Absolut empfehlenswert: ein Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Dorfhaus. Sofia und Toni sind superfreundliche und kompetente Gastgeber. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort, aber fühlten uns sofort heimisch. Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll und praktisch. Es gibt sogar einen ultramodernen Fernsehen, was in vielen Landhäusern nicht der Fall ist. Unbedingt ein Abendessen bestellen dort. Wir hatten Schwertfisch vom Grill (mmmh) und vom Nachtisch träume ich heute noch: warme Feigen mit Honig und Pinienkernen. Auch das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr entspannend und köstlich. Nett auch, dass sie sich um den einäugigen Kater kümmern. Tagsüber fallen Touristenschwärme ein in den Ort, aber abends und früh morgens ist es ganz zauberhaft dort. Toni kann auch individuelle Wanderrouten für die interessante Gegend zusammenstellen und liest einem auch sonst jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Er war übrigens sehr geduldig mit meinem gebrochenen Spanisch. We stayed in El Pi Spring apartment in 2007 and i did not realise i could place a comment. This holiday was the most relaxing one we have had for a long time. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you would want. We breakfasted looking out to the mountains and of an evening we would sit on the balcony and watch the changing scenery. We found the flat an ideal location to go walking from and it was an easy drive to visit places. The location of the flat meant it was an easy stroll to take part in village life but you were not disturbed by noise.. I cannot recommend this accomodation highly enough and cannot wait to book it again

Votre accueil, votre bon goût dans les moindres détails, les attentions culinaires de Sofia et les excellentes recommandations de Tony, bref cette cordialité et ce charme intérieur si attachant d´où émane une harmonie nécessaire au citadin arrivé parfois stressé, tout cela a fait de notre départ un déchirement. Mais cette bonne adresse demeure dans nos coeurs.

Cases Noves is everything Toni and Sofia say it is - a beautiful situation, a beautiful and comfortably restored house, personal and friendly service, excellent food and wine. What more could you want? - To come back as soon as possible. Don´t miss the Saturday night Tapas.

We could not have found an accomodation which pleased us more. Both the services and meals were 5 star. It was a pleasure to be with our genial hosts who provided a first class expirience. The area rich in history and repleat with fantastic scenery and walking paths is well worthwhile visiting. We have recommended to friends and hope to visit again someday. Un cadre magnifique, pas trop loin de la mer, très calme le soir ... Et sans oublier un accueil digne d´un roi: merci à Tony et Sofia pour ce court séjour de 3 jours dans cette région, mais je reviendrai, c´est promis ... Et pour ceux qui hésitent encore, et bien n´hésitez plus !!
